Cory Multiradiatus
The Hognose brochis, or more elegantly named cory multiradiatus, is the largest of the aquarium cory and are caught in the wilds of Ecuador. Hognose brochis look like giant emerald green cory and are about three inches in size. Despite the size, these are gentle giants and scavange and root around just like little corydora.
The name multiradiatus comes from the 18 rays on the wide dorsal fin.
