Jaguar Cichlid
The jaguar cichlid, or “simply” the managuensis, is a beautiful jade and black South American species that is not as common as other species in part due to it’s origin in Central America. Most South American species come from the Amazon basin so there are less collectors in this region of the World. The jaguar cichlid is a predator as the name implies and make great single pet fish, but these cichlids are also good tank mates with similar size species.
